PIFFANY COPENHAGEN WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This document sets out the terms governing your use of the website www.piffany.eu (“the Website”).

2. The Website and the material contained on the Website (“the Website Material”) is owned by Piffany Copenhagen ApS and/or Piffany International ApS and/or Piffany South Africa (Pty) Ltd (collectively “Piffany”) and/or their licensors, who own all the intellectual property rights therein.

3. By accessing and using the Website:

3.1. you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions that are set out in this document;

3.2. you are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the Website Material, unless you apply to use the Website Materials, in which case paragraph 4 applies.

4. If you are an agent for Piffany or a reseller or marketer of Piffany products, and you apply to use the Website materials by submitting the relevant form on the Website, you are granted a limited license to download and use the Website Materials for purposes of marketing the goods of Piffany in channels and marketplaces which are approved by Piffany, on the following terms:

4.1. you agree to acknowledge Piffany and/or their licensors as the sole creator, designer, supplier and distributor of all products mentioned on the Website;

4.2. you may not edit, cut, filter or change any of the Website Materials without the prior written consent of Piffany. 

5. If you do not apply to use the Website Materials by submitting the relevant form on the Website, you may not:

5.1. download any of the Website Materials;

5.2. publish any Website Material in any other media;

5.3. sell, sublicense and/or otherwise commercialize any Website Material, or use the Website or the Website Material to engage in any advertising or marketing;

5.4. engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to the Website or the Website Material.

6. Piffany may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of the Website and the Website Materials will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

7. While every effort is made to ensure that the information provided on the Website is current and accurate, you should not assume that the information on the Website is always current or accurate, and Piffany should be consulted before making any decision to act on the information displayed on this Website.

8. The use of this Website is entirely at your own risk. Piffany does not warrant that the functions provided by the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Website or any server on which it is located is free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Piffany shall take all reasonable steps to secure any information provided by and collected from you, as user, from unauthorised access and/or disclosure. However, Piffany cannot provide any warranties or representations that the information shall be totally safe and secure.

10. In no event will Piffany be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages of whatsoever kind arising out of access to, or the use of the Website or any information contained in it, including loss of profit.

11. This Website is owned and operated within Denmark. Therefore, the laws of Denmark govern these terms, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Denmark.

12. The terms and conditions set out herein will also apply to all other websites owned and operated by Piffany in regard to individual brands of Piffany.
